Schedule a Pre-service Visit

 Please contact us, either by telephone at 210-945-8940, or through this web site by clicking here or choosing the request date page, to schedule a complimentary pre-service visit. During the visit you will have the opportunity to learn more about our services and qualifications, and we will have the opportunity to learn more about your pets and home. You should call well in advance of your departure, however we like to schedule your pre-service visit no sooner than 10 days prior to your departure so your pets remember us and the information we have is current.  Plan to spend a half hour with us at the pre-service visit. We want to learn as much about your pets as we can!

To prepare for your pre-service visit with your pet sitter please have ready:
The phone number(s) where you can be reached while away and your destination
 The phone number to a local friend or family member to serve as an emergency contact in the event that you cannot be reached
 The name and phone number of your veterinarian
 Your house alarm codes and all pertinent information on your home, plants and caring for the property
 The names and phone numbers to any other service businesses or persons that will have access to your home while you are away (house cleaners, maintenance, property management, etc…) or any other contacts you would like for us to have
 All details on your pet’s care, feeding and medication
 A check for your professional pet sitting services

2 working copies of your house keys
(One set goes to your personal pet sitter.  The other set goes to the office lock-box for emergency backup.) 
If you are unable to provide two sets of keys we will gladly assist you in making additional copies for an added fee.  It is our standard procedure to keep your keys for future care after your initial services are complete.  If you need your keys returned after services, please let your pet sitter know at your pre-service visit, and they will gladly accommodate your request.
