Our Standard Services Include:

Feeding and medicating your animals exactly per your instructions

Pre-Service "Meet and Greet" visit to get acquainted with us on your first set of services
Cathy's "Critter Cab" Pet Taxi service can be added to your service agreement - we would be glad to take your pet to the vet or groomer or other destination while you are away to save you time (a minimal extra fee will apply for this service).

At Cathy's Critter Care we offer so much more than pet and home care. We give you peace of mind so that you can travel knowing that you have trusted your precious pets and home to professionals who will take the very best care of them while you are away. You will have peace of mind knowing that we are prepared in the event of an emergency with certification by PetTech in Pet First Aid and CPR, and that we hold a dishonesty bond and insurance for your protection.

Because the well being and health of your pets and the security of your home is our top priority,
all pets and homes in our care will be seen at least once per day.
We do not offer "every other day" services for any pets under any circumstances.

All ancillary home services are already included in the price. We are completely full service!

You will receive a pre-service visit where you will meet your pet sitter!

Because each home has different needs, our rates for 30 minute visits range from $17-$22 depending on the number of visits you choose per day, the specific care your furry family members require, and the number of pets you have. We are very competitively priced and are absolutely the best service you can choose for your home and pets in the San Antonio area!

To qualify for discounted midday visit prices, you must book on a monthly basis and pay for booked services in advance. You must be in-town within a 24 hour period (not on vacation or business trip, etc...) during your midday services. Our midday visits are approximately 30 minutes in length and include a walk or potty time outside as well as all services listed below.
Midday visits are $$14-$16 per visit. If you cannot book on a monthly basis, we can still provide these midday services at our regular vacation care rates.

Your Pet Sitter will provide all services as outlined above in Daily Vacation Care and your sitter will stay
overnight with your pets in your home with
arrival time by 8pm and departure 6am!
